The Town of Avoca is now asking residents to fill out this form and file it at the Avoca Town Hall to reserve the pavilions. It still on a first come basis and there is no fee to reserve a pavilion, but due to the amount of people using the park and streets for their events we want to make sure the town knows what is happening in our parks. Starting January 1, 2023, the yellow bag fee will be raised due to a cost increase from Waste Management. The price per roll will be $48.50 and the price per individual bag will be $4.85.
